Le petit restaurant est g\u00e9r\u00e9 par la Cooperativa Agricola di Comunit\u00e0 \u00ab\u00a0Germinale\u00a0\u00bb, qui cultive des terres, dans la moyenne et dans la basse Vall\u00e9e de la Stura, \u00e9l\u00e8ve des moutons de race Sambucana et ajoute, ainsi, un \u00e9l\u00e9ment important aux activit\u00e9s dont elle s\u2019occupe, en compl\u00e9tant la cha\u00eene de production : de la culture et de l’\u00e9levage \u00e0 l’assiette.<\/p>\n\n
